How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Metro cities usually receive parcels in 2–4 working days, and other locations across India in 4–7 working days.
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes. We ship PAN India to every serviceable pincode through trusted courier partners, including remote and tier-3 locations.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, netbanking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes.
What is your exchange policy?
You can request a size exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, as long as tags are intact and the item is unworn and unwashed. Just message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the pickup.
When will I get my refund?
Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. We are a GST registered seller and a proper GST invoice is included with every order.
What sizes do you offer?
We stock newborn to 4 years: 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-12M, 1-2Y, 2-3Y and 3-4Y. Each product page has the size guide by age.
