Return Policy

Requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags and packaging intact.
• Raise the request on WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos.
• Reverse pickup is arranged where serviceable; otherwise a self-ship option is provided.
• Innerwear, socks and clearance items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
• Size exchanges are free of charge, subject to stock availability.
